3. I've also mentioned your false dichotomy before, but you don't seem to be listening. ;) The options aren't just owning or being exploited. (I'm advocating for a ban on for-profit rent-seeking in order to see house prices fall drastically, so that the vast majority who want to own will be able to own, and the rest will rent from various types of not-for-profits.) We must purge usury from the human necessity of shelter in order to shelter everyone.
