But you're absolutely right that markets can stay overvalued for a long time. In this case, coming on a decade, with perhaps several more due to money-printing.

The goal isn't to get out at the top and make a fortune off the future poverty of others. It's to change the game.

When the water goes out, your last two paragraphs will prove to have not aged well. ;)
