Amazon withholds email address and mailing addresses from publishers, insisting they ship via Amazon and not the publisher itself. When Amazon launches their own shipping company, there’s no reason to think they wouldn’t eventually squeeze many of their retailers to simply ship their goods to cloud warehouses for centralized distribution.
