CEO salary will need to be democratically capped.

I'm advocating for a not-for-profit world where everyone makes a very good living but no one gets to make a killing off others.

Profiting off the contributor class is the ultimate economic inefficiency. And as history has proven without exception, it is what turns democracies into oligarchies and then serfdom-dictatorships.
