1. If you believe Covid-19 is real.
2. If you understand that vaccines are therapeutics that train the immune system to combat various diseases.
3. If you have received the Covid-19 vaccine.
Because if the answers are no, no, and no, then all I can say is: I strongly disagree that it doesn't improve the commons-- if a small group of intransients puts a huge drain on the health service, that is de facto an attack on the commons.
I also respectfully disagree with your premise that enabling personal responsibility creates more division, because this clearly allows anti-vaxxers to live their life without being vaxxed or wearing masks, which is what they've been moaning about for nearly two straight years.
