I hear you, J.
1. I use a split keyboard.
2. I write lying down using periscope glasses. Also check out Nexstands.
3. I use a shiatsu neck massager for 15 mins every night, plus a Hypervolt massage gun.
4. I flip upside on our inversion table several days a week.
5. I take white willow bark every night before bed, plus magnesium tablets and rub magnesium oil on my neck and shoulders.
Gotta invest in your body in order to invest in your writing!
