I'm not sold on the idea of printing as much money as there is total solar power, only what humans capture. Wealth is effectively biological resource + human time and effort. So printing money without human time and effort expenditure just means cheap money/inflation.

I don't love the phrase "free money" either. "Non-corporate debt-free money" is more accurate.
