False dichotomy alert!

Encouraging (and let's go a step further-- incentivizing) better health, absolutely. And therapeutics including vaccines, yes. It is bona fide crazy talk to take vaccines off the table when this one is proving to save hospitalizations and lives.

(I also don't like the argument that "It's been two years." A very poor misdirection. The vaccine has been available for less than a year, still hasn't even reached half of the world.)
