Maybe I didn't communicate it well enough. The plan isn't to "make women stay home." It's to make an economy where everyone household can thrive on just one income. Both can work if they wish. As it stands, everyone has to needlessly suffer under corporatism to survive. Having margin means women have more options, more freedom.
