No sensationalist, just a different perspective. You're looking at percentages. I'm looking at total number of humans. Global population at 4X'd since 1900, so while there are less people suffering poverty by percentage now, there are still more people suffering today. And to each and every one of those people in poverty, percentages are irrelevant. I find it is honoring to them to note how much work we still have left to do.
