Pop argues the trendline is corporation ownership and ever-increasing prices. This one argues ever-increasing prices that push smart young people overseas. If you see those as conflicting, you simply don't understand my writing, Jaime.

Do not erroneously assume that because I don't not write about other facets it magically means I haven't considered them.

1. Everyone knows this. It is immoral to speculate on human necessities.

2. Everyone knows this. I agree we need more housing, but more importantly, we need to stop institutional purchasing. 1 in 7 houses sold last year was bought by a corporation.

3. Everyone knows this. This is not an article on why prices are rising-- it's a prediction that smart young people will leave because of price rises.

We agree on the winners and losers. Eventually, everyone will lose except corporations.
