1. Everyone knows this. It is immoral to speculate on human necessities.
2. Everyone knows this. I agree we need more housing, but more importantly, we need to stop institutional purchasing. 1 in 7 houses sold last year was bought by a corporation.
3. Everyone knows this. This is not an article on why prices are rising-- it's a prediction that smart young people will leave because of price rises.
