Usury is lending anything and expecting back more than you lent. Usury is bad because it steals from the productive/real economy and delivers wealth to the parasite economy, which always, for all of human history, ends in destruction of that civilization. Sadly, I don't get to make the rules of reality!

So he steals usury but he spends it back.
1.) He still doesn't create any real value, meaning society is now short a pizza. It doesn't fix the wealth gap created by usury.
2.) Usurers physically can't spend it all back on consumer goods. No billionaire is buying 20,000 pizzas just because he has 20,000Xs more money. Usurers use their extracted money to buy more extraction devices (called corporations.) Michael Hudson wrote a book about the parasite anti-economy you might like called Killing the Host. Essential reading for all humanity.
