The meat/water argument is nonsense. Venture capital veganism would have us believe meat is the enemy, but the reality is that cows create soil by taking in water and grass and "watering" the land with fertilizer. I get my grassfed beef from a regenerative farm that runs their cows on commons land that's been sustainably feeding humans for 5,000 years. Yes, feedlots are terrible and need to stop, but it's not the cow, it's the how.
