This is an intolerably dumb argument.
1. Setting aside the fact that the average house price in Canada's most populated cities is now well over $1.2M, I'm sure you see the chuckle-inducing hypocrisy of claiming "outliers" and then immediately rattling of three of the largest tax havens in history.
2. Canada is the third-most expensive nation on earth. If that's not high enough up the list, there is literally nothing that will convince you about Canuck house prices.
But the thesis remains: If Canadian shelter remains this expensive, smart youngsters will head elsewhere.
